Hello fellow traveler...
I have struggled to find a way to express the deeper, more creative part of my spirit. While I hope to provide education through lived experiences and research through my podcast and courses, here, you will find something much deeper.
This is the side to my spirit that exists within nature, embodiment, and mindfulness. Learning to find balance through the elements, honoring my spirit, which includes a large part of my sexuality, has been profound.
Through my rituals and practices, I give devotion to the Goddess and Gods of this world and beyond, and bare myself through art and the written word. This is my spirituality... a connection with nature and the divine spirit. As I feel an awakening through the senses, I also ache to share the journey.
I hope this zine inspires you to chart your journey through radical self-love, creative expression and sparks a hunger for pleasure in your soul.
